Get creative as you want. If you live with a football stadium or somewhere that has bleachers, try running up and down the bleachers instead of running in place or on a treadmill. It is always a good idea to keep fitness fun so it doesn’t get boring.
If you don’t have a treadmill or logging on to a football field, have an old jump rope style. Jumping rope for one minute then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat this process for about 10 to 20 minutes. This is a great option that can be done at home and also get the family involved, if possible. It is always useful to make fitness a family affair to help the next generation to start good habits at an early age.
You can also incorporate the weights in a workout to make up and get more done faster.
